MultiMedia Consulting Group, was founded in 1992. We are seeking a qualified WordPress Designer / Developer. This is a key position that will be responsible for design and development of a large quantity of website projects from start to completion. The Designer / Developer will have the ability to work on a wide range of clients throughout many different industries. This is a critical position as we look to build our web department into a department of elite designers and developers. A successful candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of original website and mobile site design, must be able to show examples of their previous work, and must have experience in designing websites based on the WordPress platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Design modern visually appealing, creative websites within WordPress.
- Develop and customize elements on new and existing WordPress websites.
- Manipulate a comprehensive library of WordPress themes and plugins given the project specifications.
- Troubleshoot advance PHP, MySQL, and CSS issues related to WordPress websites.
- Produce original website / mobile site layouts and execute layout revisions to them in a rapid and accurate manner.
- Be extremely organized in communicating with internal Project Managers, following detailed instructions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, or like-minded computer related field. (Demonstrated Experience Excepted in Lieu of Degree)
- Advance proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, PHP, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- 5+ years of graphic website / mobile site design experience.
- Portfolio of at least Ten (10) completed/published WordPress websites.
